MODERN MANUFACTURING COMPLEX

We have a sophisticated manufacturing unit, which is equipped with all the advanced machines, equipment, tools and experienced experts.

ECOLOGY AND SAFETY

To produce disposable tableware, we use raw materials, certified for food contact and meets USFDA and BfR requirements from reliable suppliers. We use finest food grade paper and printing inks that have a low migration level are used.

HYGIENE & QUALITY FACTOR

Quality is our priority. We perform quality control every hour. We practice a 5-step testing practice to ensure the best quality of the product. We also get periodical lab tests done in NABL certified labs for the overall migration of the paper cups.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Presently we have an arrangement of Chinese and Indian machines with a production capacity of 20 million cups per month.

STORAGE CAPACITY

We have a warehouse capacity of 50 metric tons, with proper shelving and high safety measures, that helps in maintaining the quality and hygiene in all conditions.
